Now a team member can see only those tabs that are selected by project manager.Otherwise only 4 tabs Dashboard,Projects,Calendars and Reports are displayed for each team member.

Its all depend on project manager authorization that given to all team members of project.

But A project manager have all specific tabs available that are mandatory for project.Its all up to project manager that give permissions to team members to access mandatory tabs.
